Elevation Recruitment is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic Supply Chain Coordinator role. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the Supply Chain and offers a unique opportunity to work within a vibrant team.
Key Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales order process
Process customer orders in the system promptly
Manage all aspects of product distribution to customers
Keep customers informed about any changes or updates regarding their orders
Monitor and fulfill customer-specific requirements related to their orders
Strive to enhance the quality of service delivered to customers, identifying areas for improvement within the supply chain
Maintain and update customer database
Supply Chain Coordinator Experience:
Passionate about customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond
Purchasing or supply chain experience would be advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
