Job Purpose:
In this business-citical role, you will lead the long-range plan (LRP) firepower capacity planning process for CCEP across all categories and business units.
The goal is to secure the necessary capacity, resources, and infrastructure to support business growth by identifying opportunities within the existing network and addressing long-term bottlenecks and strategic investment needs.
Additionally, this role serves as a strategic planning ambassador, collaborating with other business functions such as finance, mid-term planning, manufacturing, logistics and developing a strong link with the business units. This role will also ensure the firepower is a strong business process connected to LRP, ABP, CAPEX planning, S&OP and large productivity programs.
What to Expect:
• Strengthen process, governance, and technology standards applicable to the existing manufacturing firepower process. Design and expand firepower process and tool to warehousing & inventory capacity planning.
• Develop a good understanding of the sales and capacity assumptions used in the studies. Ensure output of any network revision is captured into firepower process and tool.
• Build a robust link with BUs, planning, engineering and finance around the LRP process.
• Create a transparent and reliable overview of hotspots/bluespots.
• Define network assessment priorities and structural investment requirements.
• Measure network healthiness through KPIs (e.g. asset utilisation and line load).
• Study, unlock and monitor capacity solutions to service long-term growth (e.g. performance improvements, labour agreements, portfolio de-complexity…)
• Offer finance a thorough overview of the levers associated to capacity expansion that will influence financial planning (shifts increase, co-packing avoidance, capital expenditure…).
• Provide transparency on risks and opportunities associated to the capacity solutions proposed.
• Integrate APS team within same standards and best practices in global CCEP.
Skills and Essentials:
Experience:
• Required: 5-10 years in supply chain planning.
• E2E supply chain capability.
• General knowledge of all supply chain functions, roles, and responsibilities.
• Advisable: Financial background is considered added value.
Functional technical skills required:
• Integrated Supply Chain Understanding (planning, inventory management)
• Experience with planning software tools - Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru and SAP APO/IBP preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Excel skills.
• Data modelling and visualisation tools knowledge (such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot).
