The Role:
Account Manager
This is largely a business development role where you will use your experience in the industrial sector to leverage relationships with existing customers.
Selling welding consumables and some cap ex.
Building a sales territory around your knowledge.
Typically working with prestigious OEM’s and end users.
Highly strategic role requiring strong analytical skills in order to grow the business.

The Ideal Person:
Account Manager
Field sales experience in the engineering or industrial sectors.
Welding sales experience would be a big benefit.
Stability in a previous sales roles demonstrating a clear record of achievement against KPI’s.
Worked with large manufacturing businesses.
Used to selling a wide variety of welding products.
CRM experience – ideally Salesforce.
Able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales growth.
