We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our Global Customer Care Centre in Letchworth Garden City. This is a permanent, full time position. Following an initial training period, this will be a hybrid working position, providing flexibility for both home and office working, Monday to Friday.
What will you be doing? As part of our Outbound team, Working in partnership with Sales and Marketing, this role focuses on making outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers. With responsibilities across a selection of customers, the team follows up on multiple campaigns, protects projects and creates profitable interactions, whilst also enhancing the customer experience.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience of dealing with outbound and inbound customer enquiries (telephone, email, or social media) and delivering exceptional customer service. Someone who is confident in proactively contacting new and existing customers via cold and warm leads, to generate new business. You will have experience of meeting/exceeding set KPI’s and of working in a flexible environment, where the work tasks are adapted to the ever-changing requirements of the business.
