Global 4 is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our Award-Winning Billing Team
Basic Salary: £25,000- £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
The Billing Analyst position will offer the opportunity for the right person to gain Accounts and Billing experience within a growing area of the business.
Areas of the Billing Analyst’s responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:
· Accurate production and maintenance of monthly customer billing.
· Dealing with customers queries by telephone and email.
· Tracking all queries and ensuring that they are accurately recorded against the customers’ account.
· Manage and maintain accurate pricing throughout systems.
· Calculating any credits and refunds that are due to customers.
· Working with strict deadlines, to ensure a smooth and accurate bill run.
· Carrying out daily reporting tasks to help ensure accurate billing to our customers.
· Investigating, analysing, and resolving anomalies within the billing system.
· Liaising with suppliers, managing disputes, and investigating supplier charges.
· Analysis of complex billing queries.
· Providing a first-class level of customer service throughout all front and back-office activities.

A successful candidate should have -
· Previous experience in an office environment.
· Strong customer focus.
· Proficient in using Excel at Intermediate Level.
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
· Ability to prioritise work, be proactive and work on their own initiative.
· Strong team ethic.
· Highly numerate and analytical, in approach to the work undertaken.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Problem Solving skills.
· Confidence in problem solving and collaborating with different teams and organisations.
Desirable, but not essential, knowledge and experience:
· Experience working within a billing team either in Telecoms or other utility billing.
· Experience working for a Telecommunications or Managed Service Provider.
