ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role you will assist the Marketing and Communications Manager to achieve the strategic objectives aligned supporting in the delivery of AVK UK Ltd.’s business plans and objectives.
Shape and deliver the marketing plan in line with business objectives; provide relevant industry market analysis, identify new opportunities, and support the managers in the delivery of their market segment, product, and service initiatives.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with product, sales, partners, and analysts to position products/services at a high level and around individual features they bring to market.
Understand/document customer’s process, to drive changes for our sales & marketing processes.
Plan and execute launches of new and existing products/services, produce monthly reports reflecting metrics and project status’, objectives, and barriers.
PR/Communication, professional product toolkits including brochures and presentations, delivered through traditional and the latest digital/social channels.
Develop communication materials such as core briefs, presentations, exhibition material, customer events, product training material, case studies, news, and social media content.
Support the creation of quality graphic design and marketing-related copy for all output media channels, printed, digital, social media, presentations, academy material, webinars.
Support the delivery and creation of product Webinars and training videos, creation of storyboards, script writing.
Conduct research on competitors, new entrants to the market and potential partners, to further develop the wider business strategy.
Manage and co-ordinate the development and roll-out of campaigns for new products and services against a fixed plan.
Effective support of graphic design and marketing-related copy outputs, digital and printed, in-house animation, photography, and videography service.
Lead the delivery of toolkits for products/solutions and launches, with clear messaging around different customer segments.
Drive a defined, agreed, and measurable PR & comms plan around key initiatives to enhance the businesses reputation for technical product and application support.
Lead in creating, organising and setting-up exhibitions/events to ensure clear messaging, and materials are completed to time and budget.
Management of Trade Association events/meetings to ensure we maximise our visibility.
Support and co-ordinate the content that drives data between CRM, ERP, DM, and SM platforms.
Ensure all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements associated with marketing contact are met, with specific reference to Data Protection and marketing consent.
ABOUT YOU:
5+ years’ experience in a marketing role ideally within a business-to-business environment.
Marketing qualification to degree level or above (or suitable equivalent).
Experience of working with creative agencies and/or external contractors providing appropriate briefing, management, and creative evaluation.
Experience in using graphics and design packages: Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign / Photoshop/ Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects.
Experience to a good standard of all Microsoft packages (inc. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Have sound analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels to include senior stakeholders.
Excellent organisation / time management skills.
Excellent relationship management building skills.
Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
