An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified, highly motivated, and experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver IT support services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote and on-site IT support to customers
- Provide support for a busy helpdesk
- Collaborate with senior technical staff on installations and projects
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of servers and networking
- Experience in educational environments (primary and/or secondary schools) is desirable
Skills and Experience:
- Microsoft Windows environments: Server and desktop
- Active Directory: User management, group policy, software/printer management
- Device deployment, management, and support
- Hardware fault finding & resolution: Servers, laptops, desktops, printers
- Audio/Visual equipment: Touchscreens, projectors, smartboards
- Network management, support, and auditing
- Network fault finding and diagnostics
- Desirable: SIMS / Arbor knowledge
- Desirable: Apple iOS and/or MDM knowledge
Requirements:
Full driving license and access to your own vehicle (role requires travel within Greater Manchester)
