Our client, a leading sustainable solar energy company, is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Burgess Hill. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within the booming renewable energy sector.
Please note this is a fully office-based role.

Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000pa DOE.

The Role:
Arrange appointments for surveyors to visit and provide quotes to customers
Follow up on warm leads with customers who have expressed interest in our products
Maximise sales opportunities through comprehensive product and service knowledge
Update the CRM system with information as required
Maintain an organised schedule and follow - up system
The Person:
Previous experience in a telemarketing role is advantageous.
Proactive individual with a keen interest in the solar energy sector is desirable.
Strong communication skills with a drive to boost sales and progress
