Our airline client is seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Campaign Manager for a contract role focusing on In-flight Retail. The Marketing team is crucial in presenting the brand promise to customers across Europe in an inspiring and authentic way.
About the Role:
Your central goal as the Content Marketing Campaign Manager is to 'create an in-flight retail experience worth talking about' while supporting the wider team achieve profit targets. This will be achieved through innovative e-commerce strategies. You will collaborate closely with the IFR Trading team, as well as the Planning, Brand, Creative, CRM, and Partnerships teams. The role will entail the management of key agency partners and internal teams to develop a comprehensive Retail Marketing Content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the creative vision, strategy, and roadmap for IFR Marketing
Oversee the media plan, E2E production, and delivery of IFR creative and content
Support channels including CRM, social media, seat backs, brochures, and digital assets such as the pre-order website and air-fi closed loop Wi-Fi system
Manage the entire creative process from data gathering to performance analysis
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders for content prioritisation and execution
Maximise opportunities for efficiency in the delivery and production of creative content
Job Requirements:
Experience in retail marketing with a large consumer brand, managing content and creative from planning to execution
Strong understanding of paid media, media attribution, and econometrics
Commercial acumen with proven success in delivering retail marketing content
Excellent skills in managing creative agency partners and internal delivery teams
Superb organisational skills and the ability to switch between planning and execution
Exceptional attention to detail and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The role will have a requirement for 2 days per week on site in Luton.
£350 p/d inside IR35.
