Team Leader – Production - Edmonton

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a Production Team Leader to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Edmonton, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
Reporting to the Upstream Production Manager, you will lead and engage a team working to ensure the successful operation of the management and control of all raw materials. You will ensure these materials are received safely and to the correct quality standard and all production lines are serviced to ensure they achieve their planned output.
In your first few weeks in this Production Team Leader role, you can expect to:
Deliver and manage the daily flow of raw material into the site effectively and proactively, to avoid unplanned downtime events
Collaborate with QESH to deliver and improve the site’s Quality, Environment, Health and Safety standards
Ensure delivery of all yield budget targets in ingredients and packaging
Improve and embed operational excellence through effective site routines, with a focus on data-driven decisions.
To apply for this Production Team Leader role, you will need Manufacturing or Warehousing Management experience. You will also require the following:
A record of people management and development
The ability to make critical decisions within a busy environment
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Knowledge and understanding of SAP and EWM.
