Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and creative Events Administrator to join a fast-paced team based in Cambridge (UK), to support the delivery of Arm's internal events. You will work globally, alongside colleagues based in UK, US, and APAC. The ideal candidate will be deadline driven, hard-working, creative, and able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen curiosity about events.
Responsibilities:
Supporting multi-day in-person and virtual conferences from conception to completion, including:
- Venue and supplier liaison, onsite registration logistics and liaising with speakers and speaker agencies
- Handling the set up of online platform registration and communication material
- Leading merchandise requirements from conception of design to delivery
- Raising POs, processing invoices, and reporting on spend
- Crafting post event feedback questionnaires and data analytics
- Handling ad-hoc event activities
- Building positive relationships with event contributors and partners, and suppliers
- Ensure outstanding levels of execution of all tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering to schedules. You will have successful time management skills – and be organized and detail focused, with the ability to handle high pressure requests.
- You will be a proactive problem solver, who can prioritize deadlines to deal with changing requirements.
- You will take an active approach to raising questions, concerns and issues, and be a phenomenal teammate, who can work alone and collaborate with others.
- With excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, you will work seamlessly with a diverse team, and have strong collaboration skills, adjusting your communication style to different audiences, including senior executives.

- Experience of working in a fast-paced conference/events environment supporting the delivery of virtual and in-person residential multi-day conferences and social events.
