Job Summary:
Our client seeks a high performing, experienced, adept Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Group Operations Director, Board Level. This role demands exceptional communication and organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a demanding fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Maintain and manage the executive’s rigorous schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Communication Handling: Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive. Draft and send correspondence as directed. Research and follow up on action matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and distributed beforehand.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format reports, presentations, memos, Board Packs, finalise minutes and other documents. Maintain confidential files and records with the highest level of discretion.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries across time zones, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed travel schedules and itineraries.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Provide research and analysis support to the executive and other team members.
- Event Planning: Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, handling all logistics and arrangements to ensure successful execution.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Requirements
- Experience Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar supporting Board level directors. Experience in manufacturing industry would be a plus.

Excellent Salary £50k per annum
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Environment: office-based.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel may be required
