In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for various positions within our organisation and providing support to our experienced recruitment consultants. Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, aspirations, and preferences, providing a personalised and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Database Management: Accurately record and maintain candidate information and progress in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
