Week 1 - Sunday 11.00pm to 6.00am Monday to Thursday 10.00pm to 6.00am
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.00pm Friday 1.00pm to 8.00pm
Week 3 - Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 2.00pm Friday 6.00am to 1.00pm
Salary - £37,039 + 20% shift allowance

Free onsite parkingThe ideal candidate will have ideally come from a FMCG background working within a similar role. You will be ensuring all production lines are achieving quality, production output and productivity targets are achieved.

Role Description
Ensuring all machinery breakdowns are responded to quickly and efficiently.
Fault finding
Working closely with the Production team ensuring productivity performance
Carrying out improvement work and modifications to improve the overall line efficiency
Investigate, propose and apply continuous process improvements
Help train and mentor operators and junior members of the team when needed Skills and Qualifications
HNC or NVQ4 in an Engineering function
Mechanical and/or Electrical qualification
Supervisory experience (advantageous)
Previous experience within a similar role
