As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of the venue. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve their full potential.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing and engaged team.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth and enhance the venue's reputation.
Monitor financial performance, assist in budgeting, and report on key metrics to senior management.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence. Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
