Design Manager / Design Coordinator
Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire (LE16)
Main Contractor specializing in Industrial Projects
Salary Range: Up to £65,000 basic plus car allowance £350pm, 4% bonus in November, descretionary bonus at the end of the year and project bonuses.
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Design Manager or Design Coordinator to join our Client who is a Main Contractor based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The company specializes in the building and refurbishment of industrial projects, with a focus on commercial and steel frame structures. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in design management or coordination, preferably with a background in architecture or engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop efficient design solutions.

Follow established processes and maintain the company's high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in design management or coordination within the construction industry.
