Exciting opportunity in central Cardiff to join a busy team as a Project Coordinator to support with the day-today running of the operational activities. A strong administration background is needed along with excellent communication skills and a customer focused individual.

This role is varied and some key responsibilities as follows:
o Process work requests taking responsibility for work planning
o Provide focal point of contact for customers and Construction staff
o Process material and equipment orders
o Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of the project
o Create Work Requests for the Construction Teams
o Handle queries from managers and employees effectively and provide solutions
o To carry out any other duties appropriate for a job of this nature
Person Specification
o Self-motivated and eager to learn
o Proactive and able to work on own initiative, or with minimal support
o Possesses strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels
o Ability to priorities their workload effectively with strong time management and organisational skills
o Emphasis on accuracy with excellent attention to detail
o A strong working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages
