Position: Internal Sales Representative
Location: Luton Office
Start Date: Mid-September
Salary: £26,(Apply online only) - £29,(Apply online only) per annum (dependent on experience), plus commission after a satisfactory probation period
Hours: Office-based, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (early finish on Fridays at 4:00 pm)
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Handle orders via email and telephone, ensuring accurate entry and fulfillment, and communicating stock-outs and delivery dates.
Increase sales by suggesting related items, explaining features, and leveraging customer buying history.
Manage and develop opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
Continuously seek process improvements and prepare, generate, and follow up on quotations.
Monitor and address open customer orders and backorder reports, ensuring timely delivery.
Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the capability to prospect and market concepts.
Ability to solve problems and identify solutions independently.
Ability to work independently with general supervision and travel up to 25%.
