Role Overview
Cast UK are supporting an expanding B2B Wholesale business with the recruitment process of a Business Development Manager, whose head office is based in the Midlands. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of products.
Track and report on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the B2B wholesale sector.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel within the Midlands region as required.
Valid UK driving license.
