Understanding of what a good customer outcome looks like. Key Responsibilities:
Support Underwriting colleagues with their pipeline applications
Monitoring own email inbox and team inboxes for new enquiries and documents
Take telephone enquiries from Brokers and direct Borrowers for new applications
Accurately manage the submission process, ensuring all data entry is accurate completed to ensure a smooth transition to underwriting, logging all new enquiries on the CRM
Process applications from receipt of pack to submission to underwriting, completing information on relevant systems and completing relevant fraud prevention checks.
Package new applications received, providing an initial case assessment, reviewing Assets & Liabilities of the borrower and requesting any additional information required by the Underwriter
Requesting consent for 2nd charges from existing Lenders
