Job Role - Telesales Executive

Salary - £23 - 28,000 + Bonus
KRG are currently working with an established Large Format multi sector print provider, servicing the UK market. Our client are one of the largest inhouse provider of print to the Event sector and are looking to expand on this by strengthening the core by investing in people. They are looking for a candidate that can join the team to drive growth, drive change and expand opportunity within the Large Format Sector in the UK.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Outbound sales calls to warm and cold prospects to pass on to the team to convert, across Graphics/Print. There may also be an opportunity to expand into other areas in the group, for example Exhibitor Enhancements, Custom Build and Show Ready.
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales Gathering and documenting customer information and reactions to products
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products Answering customers' questions on the product
Market research to identify growth industry sectors and potential contacts * Provide support to the commercial director and wider team
Assist in producing reports as necessary
Attend events and exhibitions for lead generation
Use, maintain and grow current CRM database
Source and mine data leads
Assist the team with any other tasks as neededKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Strong customer service & interpersonal skills
Must have sales experience
Work effectively as part of a small team
Ability to work with a CRM system and proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
Excellent communication and listening skills, with a polite, confident, and friendly telephone mannerPERSON SPECIFICATION:
Organised and able to work under pressure
Enjoy working within a target driven team environment
Resilient and to be able to maintain a high level of self-motivation
Telesales & data generating experience
Experience from within the Print Industry would be beneficialQUALIFICATIONS:
A good standard of education to at least A level or equivalent.
HOURS:
Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business
