Direct and oversee all HR operations within the company
Play a key role in strategic decision-making related to workforce management
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures
Lead and manage the HR team to achieve set objectives
Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a harmonious work environment
Develop and implement effective training and development programmes
Oversee recruitment and talent management initiatives
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standardsProfile
A successful HR Admin Team Leader should have:
Previously managed a HR Admin/Shared Service team
Ability to manage workload ensure the business SLA's are met
Coach, guide and develop a team of HR Administrators
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software (SAP ideally) and MS Office
Analyse and report HR data
