Receptionist
On going temporary contract
Monday- Friday
Mon- Fri- 8am-5pm
£12 per hour
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Register all customers and visitors to site as per the security policies and procedures.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers

Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
-
Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
-
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-
Provide general support to staff members
-
Supporting any key events in and out of normal working hours
Skills and Experience:

A natural host that can make customers, visitors and colleagues feel at home within the location

Experience of working in a high-profile environment

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Good time management skills

Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative

Able to communicate at all levels

Numeracy and technology literate with an excellent understanding of PowerPoint/Word/Excel, including an ability to build spreadsheet
