Job Description for the HR Advisor role is as follows:
To provide an efficient HR service to managers and colleagues
Offer support to managers on a variety of employee relation topics
To actively support and coach managers
To work on various projects that will cover continuous improvement
Manage HR queries relating to absence, disciplinary, performance management, etc We would love to see HR Advisors with the following experience:
Proven HR experience
Ideally, CIPD qualified – or working towards a qualification
Employee relations experience covering a wide range of areas would be advantageous
Strong organisational skills
Strong communicator
HR systems or ATS systems experience an advantage
Strong team player Hours: 37 Hours per Week
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE
