We have an exciting opportunity for a Motorsport Sales Engineer to join a leading component manufacturer in Southampton. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a knack for building and maintaining relationships, coupled with a deep understanding of motorsport / automotive engineering and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the motorsport industry.

Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure the highest quality and performance of products.

Provide technical advice and support to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively position products in the market.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a technical sales role within the Motorsport or Automotive sectors.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

A strong understanding of the motorsport industry and its demands.

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites regularly (3-4 times per week).
