We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis for 4 weeks with a possibility of extension. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their service needs.
Onsite role based at Call Flex Business Park S63 7ER.
Pay - £11.44 Per hour
Client- EQUANS
Working Hours -Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 17:00 PM
Duration - 4 weeks (Potentially extended or Perm position thereafter)
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
Analyze customer accounts and transactions to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customersRequirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze complex situations
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
