Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager who will oversee the general administrative function of the office, making sure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. You will be part of the Senior Management Team with at least a year of managerial experience so you will be able to hit the ground running. This is a full time, permanent role based in High Wycombe.

9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)
GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
The main responsibilities of the Office Manager are:
· Manage all communication channels including phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
· Perform or facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
· Ensure that office equipment is maintained to the appropriate quality and quantity, relevant records are kept up to date and all administrative processes work effectively.
· Provide clerical support when needed including answering phones, mail sorting and distributing, and preparing documents.
· General office duties including filing, correspondence and stationery ordering.
· Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
· Maintain the staff uniform inventory and place orders according to stock levels.
· Manage the directors diaries.
· Organise and chair meetings including typing the agenda and taking minutes.
· Oversee the petty cash fund.
· Manage the staff training record and arrange training for staff as and when required.
· Lead and supervise the administration team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
· Managing HR functions such as employee on boarding, scheduling, performance evaluations and ongoing compliance.
· Oversee day-to-day office activities as the main point of contact, keeping management informed regularly via performance reports.
· Provide direct administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings and events, arranging travel, mailing and shipping packages and updating contacts database and employee lists.
· Assist with discipline and termination of staff meetings in accordance with company policy.
The key requirements of the Office Manager are:
· Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
· Strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· High attention to detail with ability to learn and adapt to new procedures.
· Ability to work independently.
