Microsoft Dynamics F+O Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics F+O Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of the full Microsoft Dynamics Suite of business applications and experience in application support within an enterprise environment, preferably within an ITIL framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations product
- Understand and address customer requests related to ERP systems
- Utilize problem-solving skills and initiative to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Manipulate and extract data for analysis to facilitate incident and problem resolution
- Utilize Biztalk ESB business administration and data integration tools like Scribe and CDS
- Work with Microsoft developer tools for Dynamics and Microsoft Teams Foundation Server

Collaborate with teams using Azure Dev Ops, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Microsoft Visual Studio
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations
- Experience in enterprise application support, preferably within an ITIL framework
- Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand business processes supported by ERP systems
- Familiarity with data integration tools surrounding Microsoft Dynamics
