Registered Manager for Supported Living Services
£ 32 300 + benefits + 22 A/L and bank holidays
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the Supported Living team.
Ensure staffing follows HR policies and best practices.
Maintain adequate staffing levels.
Contribute to strategic service development.
Oversee service user transitions to Supported Living .
Coordinate care plans and funding with local authorities.
Implement communication plans for service users and families.
Work with Property & Infrastructure for new developments.
Ensure daily management and quality standards.
Manage and monitor the budget.
Promote the Supported Living service externally.
Stay updated on care service developments.
Ensure compliance with HR and Health and Safety policies.
Participate in training and external meetings.
Share in the on-call rota. Additional Information:
Driving: Required to drive for role needs.
Working Hours: Participate in on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work. Requirements:
Experience: couple of years as a registered manager, managing a service & leading teams.
Qualifications: DIPSW, CQSW, NVQ4 RMA / Diploma 5 in Health and Social Care.
Skills: Strong communication, delegation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
Personal Qualities: Passionate, compassionate, discrete, calm, assertive, approachable, flexible. Other Requirements:
Clear criminal records check and participation in mandatory training.
