Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Asset Surveying Lead to join our Asset Team team at our main base in Middlesbrough. To co-ordinate the design and delivery of the asset survey programme and to lead a team of 6 surveyors to ensure stock condition and EPC information is accurate and timely to meet business needs. In addition, to undertake surveys of residential properties and associated assets across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 6 Asset Surveyors, ensuring surveying resource is allocated effectively to maximise productivity.
Lead on the development of the asset survey programme to ensure this supports business priorities, including regulatory reporting requirements and investment planning.
Responsible for the delivery of the agreed survey programme, monitoring and reporting progress.
Undertake detailed Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in conjunction with the Asset Planning and Asset Sustainability Leads.
About You:
HNC / HND in Building Surveying or similar construction management qualifications
Accredited HHSRS Assessor - desirable (possibility of completing whilst employed)
Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) - desirable (possibility of completing whilst employed)
