Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, plus one Saturday in three, 9 am – 4 pm (time off in lieu)

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to company and industry compliance standards amidst an evolving landscape.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for properties, lettings, and company income.
Actively support and drive new business growth initiatives.
Ideally, you will have achieved ARLA Level 3 or be motivated to complete this qualification with our support.
Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike.
Efficiently manage tenant move-in processes and renewal paperwork.
Handle notices and documentation in line with current housing regulations.
Oversee end-of-tenancy procedures and general property maintenance.
Key Skills:
Exceptional and confident communicator, skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload in a busy environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, especially in compliance matters.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry.
Proficient in IT (Windows, iPad, and various in-house software).
Team-oriented with a positive approach to building colleague relationships.
UK driving license and own vehicle with relevant insurance preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of the lettings and property industry.
