My client is seeking a Service Administrator to join their busy dealership in Maidstone, Kent. You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the service department, whilst ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage warranty claims and processes.
Create and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Maintain customer records and databases.
Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.Requirements:
Previous experience in a service administration role within the automotive industry.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Kerridge, Keyloop, or Pinnacle dealership management systems is advantageous.Click the link to apply!
