Monarch Education is recruiting Graduates or current university students to take on a variety of Teaching Assistant and Learning Mentor roles in SEN/SEND schools within the Rugby area. While previous experience working in schools is not required, a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges is essential!
Applicants should have experience working with young people in any capacity, such as a Sports Coach, Dance Teacher, Scout/Guide Leader, etc. We are seeking individuals eager to transfer their skills into a Teaching Assistant or Learning Mentor role.
