Optimise by Recruitment are working with a leading Aerospace Technology provider who specialise in creating engineered products using polymers, in turn creating a future facing industrial and aerospace solutions.
They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team, who act as the internal support function to the wider sales team.
You will be working collaboratively with all departments and act as the liaison between the customer and the business to deliver the first class service that our client prides themselves on providing.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

Enter purchase orders into the company ERP system and create Proforma as needed.

Collect export-controlled documents from customers in accordance with ECJU regulations.

Work with the Strategic Project Manager and Engineering team to ensure new parts follow the Gate Review Process and keep customers informed of progress.

Build strong relationships with BDMs/RSMs to provide technical expertise and meet customer needs.

Coordinate with Credit Control to process customer accounts accurately.

Compile and distribute weekly contract review report to key stakeholders.

Assist the Strategic Project Manager with Development realignment and provide support for other departments if needed.

Communicate regularly with Operations to identify manufacturing risks and maintain forecasted revenue.
