Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance? Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team and support their finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with payroll, reporting, and handling employee queries.
Oversee payment processing for various transactions.
Collaborate with different teams to resolve discrepancies.
Perform month-end reconciliations and journal postings.
Administer the employee EV scheme and assist with ONS surveys.
Monitor the central finance inbox and address stakeholder queries.
Support the implementation of new processes and controls.Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel skills.
Minimum AAT Level 3 or part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA.
Experience in the financial industry or an FCA-regulated firm.
