THE ROLE
As a Property Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing a designated patch of properties and engaging with residents to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting property inspections
Managing repair requests
Setting service charge budgets and producing accounts
Income collection
Handling complaints
Participating in learning and development activities
Collaborating with internal colleagues
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role. Essential skills include:
Resilience and problem-solving ability
Strong customer service skills
Effective teamwork and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasksDesirable skills include:
Previous experience in housing or property management
Understanding of leasehold legislation
Experience in handling customer complaints
IRPM qualification (Associate or Member)
THE CONTRACT
37 Hours Per Week, 9-5 Monday to Friday
12 Weeks, temp to perm
