Regional Manager - Location: UK or Germany

Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OEM and electronic manufacturing, and the ability to speak both German and English fluently. This role can be based in either the UK or Germany and requires a motivated professional who can drive business growth, foster customer relationships, and manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.

Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Engagement:
Sales Management:

Oversee customer sales accounts and representative activities in the designated region.

Generate sales enquiries and prepare detailed quotations and proposals.

Champion the sales of both standard and custom products manufactured across our facilities.
Technical Support:

Support the internal sales team and clients with technical product information and application knowledge.

Prepare costings for new and existing products, ensuring profitability in quotations and contract reviews.
Market Analysis:
Compliance and Standards:

Uphold ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), and ISO45001 (Health & Safety) standards.

Align with the company's business quality, environmental, and health & safety objectives.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in technical custom sales to OEMs.

Fluent in German and English.

Strong background in OEM and electronic manufacturing.

Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical education.

Proficiency in marketing analysis, research, MS Office, and sales contact databases.

Willingness to travel without restrictions.

Experience in Medical and Industrial X-Ray Analytical instrumentation is an advantage.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, plus commission
