Kenna Recruitment is immediately searching for an experienced New Homes Sales Associate to be site-based in developments around the Warwick/Rugby area. Driving license is required.
Overview:
Are you a hardworking, self- motivated and tenacious salesperson with sound experience in the new homes market and Shared Ownership?
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be an ambitious individual with a track- record of meeting targets in a demanding sales environment. You will have experience as a sales associate for a house builder or housing association. Your ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service is essential, as this is key to everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the direct contact point for potential purchasers, potential tenants and customers in general.

Manage enquiries from customers for specific developments and take those customers through the purchasing process through to completion.

Achieve scheme-specific sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of allocated new build sales sites and the surrounding location through individual research, liaison with the Delivery Team and through attending relevant site meetings.

Arrange and conduct viewings of properties within agreed policies and procedures.

Make sales allocations and take reservations in line with policies and eligibility criteria.

Co-ordinate the information required for solicitors to create the legal sales pack for purchaser’s solicitors.

Contribute towards the control of budgets within the function.

Deliver with 100% accuracy weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually the KPI’s you are responsible for.
Key Skills/Knowledge:

Knowledge & experience in Shared Ownership

Proven track record of high-end property sales experience preferably within new homes

Ability to meet and exceed targets

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Confident using computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Teams and In House CRM
