Position: Kitchen Manager
Salary: £32,000 per annum (with potential for increase based on sales growth)
About Our Client: A charming and historic pub located in the heart of St John's Hill. They're on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Kitchen Manager who is eager to make their mark and help them grow. If you have a flair for creating delicious pub classics and roasts and a knack for making perfect pizzas, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Masterfully stretch dough and create a variety of pizzas.
Prepare and cook a range of pub classics and traditional roasts.
Manage the kitchen operations single-handedly until sales grow.
Develop and execute menus that reflect the pub’s character and appeal to our patrons.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Handle inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Working Hours:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday to Friday: 5pm - 10pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12pm - 10pm What They’re Looking For:
Experience in pizza making and stretching dough.
Proficiency in preparing pub classics and roasts.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage kitchen operations solo.
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing and refining menus.
