Job Purpose
We will look to you to nurture and motivate your sales team within our Dulux Decorator Centre business to provide excellent customer service in order to maximise the sales and profitability of our products within professional decorators and contractors in your region.
Job Responsibilities

Define & implement sales strategies for our largest direct purchasing accounts.

Formulate business plans to achieve agreed sales & profitability targets.

Nurture & inspire your team to provide customer service excellence & deliver against KPI’s.

Oversee the implementation of our Customer Management principles

Collaborate with colleagues to across the business to ensure a brilliant customer experience.

Create contact strategies & share best practice with colleagues.

Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements

Experience in sales & sales team management.

Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Good at nurturing in-depth client relationships.

Effective at nurturing and developing high performing sales teams.

Willing to travel
