A great opportunity to join an expanding company within the building construction sector, on a full-time and permanent basis. This role offers an immediate start for the right individual.
With at least a minimum of 2 years administration experience you MUST be able to effectively manage workloads, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
Ideally you will possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, and be capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, along with self-motivation and a positive, can-do attitude, are essential for success in this role.
YOUR NEW ROLE

Assisting with the administration of tenders and their submissions.

Supporting Project Teams with a variety of tasks, including the production of O&M Manuals upon project completion.

Creating case studies.

Obtaining supplier quotes, issuing purchase orders, and dispatching POs to suppliers.

Regularly liaising with internal staff, clients, contractors, suppliers, and statutory authorities as needed.

Managing documentation in both digital and physical formats.

Performing general office administration and related duties.
