Our client in Bolton is looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial salespeople to join their elite Sales Department and work inbound and outbound leads. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and succeed in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Call centre/sales experience
- A fantastic telephone manner with the ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Punctuality and dedication
- Motivation and a positive, can-do attitude
- The drive to achieve targets and earn commissions
- Competitiveness and resilience
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Responding to all customer contact via inbound and outbound calls
- Aiming for first call resolution every time
- Building rapport with customers, acting as a strong ambassador for the brand
- Working as part of a wider team to achieve company goals
Perks:
- Starting salary of £21,000 + commission (rising according to output)

Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of call centre/telesales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 in Maths and English or equivalent
- Ideally be a graduate in a business related subject
