Purpose of a Packaging Artwork Project Manager:
Establish and maintain positive, friendly client relationships whilst working closely with production sites to ensure information transfer and job delivery are seamless parts of the customer experience. Able to provide up-to-the-minute project status reports to the Account Manager. Accurately record all work activity for the business to bill correctly.
Main responsibilities for a Packaging Artwork Project Manager:
Build and sustain a strong relationship with Category, Brand and Design.
Manage client expectations by providing regular project updates.
Work as an extension of the client's team.
Build trust through proactiveness, and technical support.
Be approachable at all times with a willingness to listen and solve issues.
Adopt a 'can do' attitude at all times.
Consistently strive to exceed expectations.
Be commercially aware at all times.Own and be responsible for ensuring that all artwork projects are managed in a professional and timely manner.
Range management across a number of projects simultaneously
Be able to support the wider team on high-profile projects and brand redesigns.
Brief all artwork using our internal system
Host/attend project status meetings with the client and provide accurate minutes including actions when required.
Host/attend kick-off/pre-production meetings and provide accurate minutes including actions when required.
Work with the client Brand team and Production Manager to ensure briefs are accurate and clear.
Help promote a quality culture, and performance improvement, throughout the business.
Adhere to combined Quality & Environmental Policy.
Adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Observe our Company Values and positively promote these within your daily activities.
Key Skills & Experience for a Packaging Artwork Project Manager:
Strong organisational skills along with the ability to multitask.

PC literate - Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
Have a basic knowledge of print or repro.
Have a basic knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging.Requirements for a Packaging Artwork Project Manager:
Minimum of 2 years packaging artwork Project Management experience
