Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are pleased to be working with a bespoke furniture manufacturer who are looking to recruit for a Project Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to;

Drafting up reports after completed fire door installations

Sending out enquires for materials
-
Ordering of Materials
-
Assist with the organisation of labour and materials for the each project

Order / Manage deliveries
-
Liaise with Project Managers regarding delivery of materials etc

General administration duties to assist with projects
Our Client is an established manufacturer of traditional joinery and has been operating since 1919. They deliver high end commercial and residential bespoke joinery.
Person Specification;
-
Will have experience in a similar role
-
Will have an understanding of the manufacturing / joinery industry
-
Can effectively manage work loads and coordinate peopleHas a professional manner through all forms of communication

Will be able to work on a full time bass
