TeamJobs are working with an excellent company based in Fareham who are looking for an experienced Communications Administrator to join their team on a day shift.
A typical day in the role of a Communications Administrator includes:
Facilitate internal and external communications regarding transport and warehouse operations
Prepare, edit, and distribute a variety of documents, including reports, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records and assist in managing schedules and appointments for the team
Assist in coordinating logistics and communicating with managers to ensure smooth operations
Support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, and general office duties as required
Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff and customersShift times & working hours for this Operations Administrator role:
Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm
£12.85 per hourThis Communications Administrator role requires:
Experience in administrative or communications role, preferably in transport or logistics
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
