Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a PICKER - PACKER for our national client based in Bristol BS10.
Your main duties will be to ensure the smooth, efficient and cost-effective running of the Stores function.
As a Stores Person, you will need:
Previous experience working within stores/warehouse
COSHH and SHEQ experience preferred
Be able to work between 7am and 4pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative :
Set up and maintain parts inventory and supplier.
Raise purchase orders and place and track with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with COSHH and SHEQ of materials and services.
Ensure optimal stock levels are achieved and maintained.
Oversee the warranty claim process.
Carry out regular stock checks.
Follow company’s Employee handbook policies and procedures..
Requirements of a stores person:
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in a similar role and/or relevant demonstrable aptitude / knowledge.
Good communication / literacy skills.
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work alone or as a team.
