My client is a well-establish family run construction contractor based in South London. Their dedicated team covers government, commercial, and mixed use projects. Due to increased workload; they are now recruiting for a Project Administrator to support the Project Managers and provide addition general administrative support. This will cover a wide range of project and contract admin duties and will suit a flexible individual who is keen to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Contract Support: Assist in managing ongoing project.
Project Schedule Management & Coordination: Maintain database, handle associated filing, etc.
General Admin and adhoc duties to assist the Contracts Managers as required.Essential Skills & Attributes:
Minimum HNC in Construction, Project Management, or other related sector
Minimum 3 years experience in a construction industry Administrator or Coordinator role
Strong communication and IT skills
Experience with MS Project & MS Business Central (preferred).
Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
General exposure to time, client, and document management.
Ability to multitask as required
