Inbound Customer Service Executive
Lutterworth LE17 - Hybrid
Mon-Fri between the hours of 08:00-18:00 (37.5 hours per week)
£23,400 per annum + hybrid allowance + annual bonus
SolviT Recruitment are currently working with a reputable Pharmaceutical company in Lutterworth.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to increase the Customer Service team headcount to six. This is a busy, varied role where you will use your fantastic communication skills to solve order queries and complaints and turn inbound enquiries into orders!
Duties will include:
Liaising with customers via email, telephone and web chat
Sales administration- processing, expediting and troubleshooting orders
Owning the customer request from initial enquiry to completion
Using multiple systems daily e.g SAP
Handling return and special requests
Working closely with the sales department and suppliers- ensuring information is up to date at all times e.g. pricing, lead times etc.Required skills and experience:
Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience
Extremely strong communication skills - both written and verbal
A real problem solver
Flawless organisation and time management skills
Familiarity with SAP or similar order processing systems - beneficialWhat do you get in return?
