A crucial role has become available for an Administrator to join a busy HR Team to assist in day-to-day support within their department. This is a role that will suit someone who is used to working on tight schedules and task orientated in an extremely busy business.
Administrator Role: -

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening CV’s and applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting background check if necessary.

Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and supporting Monday inductions

Maintain employee records and update HR databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations
-
Provide administrative support to the HR department and team.

Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and employee development activities

Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries

Support employee relations initiatives
