This role requires a well-rounded administrative support – experience in purchasing would be preferable to work within the ASO procurement team and also support other areas of the after-sales department when needed.
What you’ll be doing :
Support Purchasing – Data gathering, expediting orders, and supporting buyers as needed.
Support Logistics – Data gathering for Customs, specifications, suppliers' details, and outbound invoices. General data entry, invoicing, and reporting as needed.
What you’ll need
Experience in procurement and supply chain
Proficient in MS Office software
High level of knowledge and expertise in Excel is an advantage
Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
Warehouse operations knowledge is an advantage.
Flexible attitude
Strong team player who recognizes the importance of all functions in the business
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills.
